The Attleboro Land Trust relies on contributions large and small to carry out its mission. We receive funds in the form of memberships, donations, and grants. We also receive in-kind contributions of valuable products and services. Donations come from individuals, local businesses, foundations, local and state government agencies, and other non-profit organizations. We appreciate the generosity of our many stakeholders and partners.
Make a donation in any amount.
Use the Donate button on this page to make an online contribution. Or send us a check payable to the Attleboro Land Trust, P.O. Box 453, Attleboro, MA 02703. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and your contribution is tax-deductible.
Become a member.
You are entitled to membership if you make an individual contribution of $25 or a household contribution of $50. Please include your name and mailing address to be enrolled as a member. An online membership form is available here.
Double your gift with an employer match.
There are dozens of companies in Massachusetts which match charitable gifts by their employees. Ask your employer if there is a matching gift policy for your workplace.
Make an in-kind donation.
We have been fortunate to receive donations of materials and services from many generous local companies, as well as generous discounts.
We have also had needed equipment, new or used, donated by businesses and individuals. Ask us for a list of current needs. Check with a tax advisor to see if such donations might be tax-deductible.

Donate land.
If you are the owner of land in the Attleboro area that you wish to be permanently protected, please contact us. Most of our nature preserves have been donated outright by individuals who placed a high value on conserving land that was important to them. However, we only accept gifts of land that meet certain criteria and have turned down some offers. Each parcel that we consider for protection has its own unique story. Tell us your story and we will try to recommend the best approach, given your goals and financial situation. There are a variety of strategies available, sometimes involving the use of conservation restrictions and/or qualifying for certain tax benefits.
