Snowshoe with Your Kids! @ Deborah and Roger Richardson Nature Preserve
Feb 15 @ 11:00 am – 12:15 pm
Reservations required to attend and to reserve snowshoes which may be borrowed for free. Pamphlets containing the trail map will be provided along with clearly marked trails. The duration of your stay should be about an hour so as not to overlap with the next group. Our snowshoes are only designed for kids up to age 10 so please keep that in mind when signing up. If you are bringing your own snowshoes (or not planning on snowshoeing), you still need to fill out the form. We only have two pairs of adult snowshoes but we welcome the adults/parents to walk the property with their kids even without snowshoes. We will be there to assist with putting them on so don’t be shy!
The address for the preserve is 577B Wilmarth Street, Attleboro MA or easily found by searching for it on Google Maps. Please visit our website for trail maps and/or directions for the Deborah and Roger Richardson Nature Preserve.
With the pandemic still around, we all must do our part to protect one another. With that in mind, there are a limited number of spots for this event based on snowshoe availability and the pandemic. We are taking Covid-19 precautions and must limit the capacity of the event. We require face masks for all participants which cover the nose and mouth. Social distancing is required when interacting with folks outside of the pod that you come to the event with. Thanks for understanding and adhering to these rules! Come enjoy the snow and sunny weather!
If you have any questions or requests for this event, feel free to email us at evanfosterALT@gmail.com.
